Initial Comments:
An off-site follow-up survey completed on April 11, 2022 found that St. Barnabas Hospice had corrected the deficiencies cited under requirements of 42CRF, Part 418, Subparts A, C and D: Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a state re-licensure and Medicare recertification survey completed on February 11, 2022.
